Prima Pilates was founded by Richard Norrington in 2012. Richard was accepted to join the instructors course at the Body Control Pilates Centre in London. He knows how to apply Pilates to combat typical work related habits and re-balance the body using Pilates techniques strengthening the core muscles and developing awareness of correct posture for a more enjoyable lifestyle. From his passion of Pilates he decided to found a pilates club where classes are designed to suit all levels of fitness and experiences. Pilates is taught to the highest standard and encourage a fun and friendly atmosphere whether in a group class or a private lesson. The Prima Pilates app allows club members to book their classes in one of the five clubs and help them to be always updated regarding club s news and changes in the timetable.
